We lost the toss and St Hugh’s scored straight from the kick off because we did not make any tackles.  We slowly got more organised but St Hugh’s had a very fast runner who scored 3 more tries.  By half time the score was 4-0.

In the second half we came back strong and we managed to make some great tackles but St Hugh’s scored again in the last ten minutes. Glebe went forward and Morgan scored a great and well deserved try.

The final score was 5-1 to them.

Well tried everybody, especially Morgan and George for his good rucking and Bertie for his first match.

To improve we must tackle better and run and pass the ball better.  We also need to support the runner and to start to maul more.
