Some activities, generally charged in arrears,  incur additional fees such as: Outings, Tennis, Golf, Individual Music and Dance.

Minibus - The charges for provision of minibus to bring your children to school and/or take them home is dependent on pick-up points and the number of journeys each week and are detailed on a seperate booking form available on request from the school office.

Fee accounts are payable in advance on, or before, the first day of term for which they are due. Interest on overdue fees plus administration charges will be charged from the first day of term at 2% above base rate on the outstanding amount. A pupil may be excluded at any time when fees are unpaid. We do offer a Standing Order facility as well as a discounted lump sum payment of fees scheme - please contact the Bursar for details.

A full term's notice in writing is required before the removal of a pupil from Glebe House School, or changes in boarding or bus arrangements. A term's fees will be charged in lieu of notice. Every effort will be made to give a term's notice of fee increases but the Governors reserve the right to increase the fees without such notice.
