Choir Sing at Fakenham Race Course |
|
On Monday 3rd December 20 children from the main
school choir went to Fakenham Race Course to sing carols. Despite the cold the
children were all fantastic; they sang beautifully and were all impeccably
behaved.
The total amount raised by the children for the Injured Jockey Fund
was £364.86, quite a substantial amount for around 50 minutes of singing!
Comments from the public were extremely favourable and the children were all
treated to hot chocolate and a doughnut to help warm them during the afternoon.
Well done to all of those who took part and a huge thank you to Mrs Crofts,
Chris Dearmer and Susie Pull for all their help and support in organising the
event. Look out for us in the Eastern Daily Press!
