It is really hard to write a report for some matches, especially when winning seems to be so difficult.  I would like to be telling you about our amazing goals and how we had a fantastic win, but who cares about the score!  I think it is more important that you know about how we played.

Glebe U9's travelled to Beeston for our fourth hockey match of the season, hoping to keep up our good performance so far this season.  We played on astroturf and I won the toss and Beeston started.  They quickly got downfield and had a go at goal, but Bertie saved it and gave them a short corner.  We got it to the half way line, but Lewis got tackled.  Miles Doncaster got the ball back down our end for Beeston and shot from an amazingly hard angle to score their first goal.

On Wednesday 20th  February the  Glebe Under 10 girls netball team played Wisbech at home.  Wisbech had brought an U11 team, so we brought on Catherine, Lizzie and Jessica after the first quarter.  I won the toss and chose 1st centre pass.  There was a good range of passing, especially bounce passes to get round the height of Wisbech but unfortunately they intercepted the ball a couple of times and, with their quick passes, they managed to score five goals by the end of the first quarter.
